Due to where I live I spend a lot of time in the car traveling, so I keep snacks stashed in my bag. Even when I’m traveling by air or train, I still carry snacks. I try to make healthy choices when traveling and while it is getting easier to make better food choices, it still is hard. I usually carry baggies of nuts, snack bars, or fruit with me to keep fueled.
